我们在这边是常住客（公司给订的房间所以没的选）住了6个月。先说说房间的硬件吧：1，一共两个电话，一个不好用，从入住当天就告知不好用，一直到退房都没有更换。2 房间信号简直是弱到爆，常年信号格都是一个格，有时候会俩格，有时候电话根本打不出去；网络电视看看就卡住。 3 酒店3部电梯，其中一部冬天的时候门要来来回回还多次才能关上。硬件说完了再说说软件吧：1，客房部近客人房间有好几次根本不敲门，有一次更离谱拿着房卡开门推开就进。2，礼宾部也是，让帮忙发个包裹（网上已经下好单，由于着急出门所以把东西放在那里）礼宾部员工居然私自多拿了5元钱，虽然钱不是，但是恶心。3，由于常住，每个月都会去前台结一下杂费，可笑的是想提前看看账单前台居然打不出来，说只有财务才能打；我也是做酒店的，也不知前台用的是什么破系统，就算是N年前用的华盛系统也能打账单啊。4，最最最要吐槽的就是在餐厅，我们房间含2个早餐，但一般都不会去用的，一是因为太破，二是用餐的时候员工在餐厅里沟通几乎是喊；如果你9点左右去吃早餐那么10个人当中有8个是酒店自己的员工。5，我们搬家的时候由于没有杯子给搬家公司的人喝水，所以想去餐厅拿几个纸杯，结果被告知一个杯子收费2元！ 这是什么操作？！不是付不起这钱，那你之所以放纸杯在餐厅目的不就是让客人可以打包带走吗，这样还收费（我们住在这6个月，加起来下去去吃早餐的次数多说能有1个月）如果还在犹豫要不要到这家酒店来入住的亲们我劝您千万别来！！！ disaster place to stay. service appalling in all areas, concierge do nothing, restaurant staff unprofessional frequently shouting across the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is limited hardly ever changes and poor quality. Housekeeping just walk in, room cleaning is poor to terrible and completely inconsistent. Had we booked our long stay ourselves, we would have checked out after 3 days, unfortunately my company booked it so could just check out. The place is clearly managed by somebody who does not know or care about how to run a hotel!

The location of the hotel is not bad. Within easy walking of many eateries. As it is a serviced apartment, the rooms are very large. But the upkeep is not great. The sofa is a little stained and with strands of long hair to be found. The bedroom is separate from the living room and looks very tired. The bedding is also not fluffy. As the apartments are located 40th floor onwards, the view is very good. The wifi is extremely slow. The charging points are a strange mix of the China style and the British/ HK style. However, the breakfast area is quite ok with fried egg counter.

Location is excellent, and the pro’s stop there. This “apartment hotel” is run in a very amateur fashion, forget the nicely designed and maintained entrance lobby and the renovated main Lobby and Atrium on level 40, the management are distinctly not in tune with the expectations raised by the surroundings. The rooms are old, the age given away by visible wear and tear as well as the old standard electric sockets (still Hong Kong style, the rest of China is not using these anymore). The kitchenette has terrible sink, white and a material very hard to clean a story told by the non-cleanable stains from use since 1989. There is very little space for actually preparing anything (cutting etc). The lounge furniture is imitation leather of the worst kind, anything over 23 degrees you will start to stick to the sofa, though it is comfortable if not to hot! Air conditioning is noisy but does work, which is good in a south facing apartment, the noise probably due to the fact it is very old. The master bedroom is a nice size and the bed is very comfortable, just the right firmness this is of course very subjective. Breakfast!!! If your room rate does not include breakfast, you will escape a poor offering in terms of both food and service. The buffet does have a few things that are OK, salad, a raw vegetable and some fruit which is generally ripe and tasty. Hot food some of the sausages are good, many are not, bacon looks like it has been steamed and eggs are cooked in front of you, however generally there are 3 or 4 plates with oily and already cooked eggs, that you are expected to take. Boiled eggs is lucky dip today have, tomorrow not etc. Pastries are terrible, the hot vegetable on the buffet appallingly overcooked and soggy. Toaster does not work so you get one side toasted …….etc. There seem to be enough staff on duty, but not actively working. The chief concierge and I guess head housekeeper at regular guests at around 7.15 every morning and have no hesitation taking the better seat, they commonly openly discuss from one end of the restaurant to the other in very loud manner, not very pleasant breakfast environment. Impressive from the Outside or for Short Stays

I'm a long-term resident at the Jing Guang Apartments, and when I tell people where I live they are immediately impressed, mostly because the Rosewood Hotel which shares the same building, is impeccable. Of the serviced apartments in the Guomao CBD area, the Jing Guang Apartments were the best value (read, cheapest). Location is very good - only a few blocks walk to Guomao and lots of Mobikes at the intersection. There is a supermarket at Fortune Plaza, but no local wet market or restaurants nearby. There is a KFC and a Starbucks in the next building (one door north). Big spacious rooms, great view and lovely, beautifully designed common areas. Flowers everywhere, very pretty and lovely to come home to after a busy day. Gym is never too busy, equipment is new and clean. Reception area on 40th floor and concierge on ground floor are excellent. Rooms have free wifi and cable. The apartments have a utility room with washer/dryer. Rooms are quiet and I've never heard any noise from neighbors or hallway. Security is good. Now the not-so-good parts. The rooms are old and tired, with chipped furniture and wood peeling off the doors and cabinets. The backing of the glass paneling in the bathroom is peeling and the kitchen countertop is stained, can never get it looking clean enough. There is no dishrack and they don't provide dishtowels like other serviced apartments do. The apartments are dusty, seems housekeeping rushes through and I've often had to do some vacuuming myself, especially corners and the drapes. Towels and bedsheets are old, I've seen holes in both. The carpet is old and has some cigarette burns. The breakfast is limited and repetitive / doesn't change often enough (no more boiled cabbage, please!). Recipes could be improved; the chef uses too much oil (everything is shiny) and I've noticed he/she uses cornstarch in the vegetables (have seen clumpy, translucent globs). Coffee from the machine is good, but often have to remind staff to refill the beans or water. They are also not very good at clearing or re-setting the table after guests leave, and have to be asked/reminded. The best part of living here is the Rosewood Hotel and the common areas of the apartment building. The hotel has a beautiful lounge and excellent restaurants, not to mention a pretty hopping bar. It's great to have all those 'extras' in your same building. It seems that the hotel and the serviced apartments are not run by the same management company, which is a pity. The rooms, service and included breakfast can definitely be improved.

Stayed in Jan 2015, as Business Traveler The services apartment is spacious, right in the middle of Beijing CBD, stunning view from the room. However, the room itself got a weird smell, that I have called a couple of time for operation to deal with it. Well, guess it just couldnt be removed. The room itself is very old, some of the cabinet is broken, and loose parts came off, which I didnt expect to see, even with the price that my company was paying. For F&B, I only had the buffet breakfast, they provided min. choices of food, but overall, those are ok. And yet, if there's more veggie, that would be lovely.
